Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to On9Tools Pro subscriptions.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at checkout). You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period begins.
